2. Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. During this trial period, you can use all features of your selected plan without any charge. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only.

  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction ID or invoice number

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

4.2 Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid, minus any usage-based charges (such as message credits used beyond the plan limit) if applicable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day money-back guarantee period
  • Usage-based charges (message credits, API calls beyond plan limits)
  • Add-on services or custom development work
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days
  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service

6. Subscription Cancellation

6.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

6.2 No Partial Refunds

If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day money-back guarantee period, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of your billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

7. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

8. Special Circumstances

We may consider refund requests beyond the 30-day period in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Duplicate charges
  • Service outages lasting more than 48 hours

All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
