You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All fees are payable in advance. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

4.3 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. After the trial period, you will be required to select a paid plan to continue using the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WABA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WABA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
